These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RideReady application and related services ("Service") operated by YL&D LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using RideReady, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

RideReady is a motorcycle license exam preparation application that provides practice questions, timed exams, and study materials based on official MSF (Motorcycle Safety Foundation) curriculum. The app is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the MSF, any state DMV, or any government agency.

RideReady does not guarantee that you will pass your motorcycle license exam. Results depend on individual effort, test conditions, and state-specific requirements.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
• By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. FREE TRIAL AND SUBSCRIPTION

Free Trial: New users receive a limited-time free trial period. After the trial expires, full access requires a paid subscription.

Subscription:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app's support page or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
• Prices are subject to change. We will notify users of price changes before they take effect.

Lifetime Codes: If you received a lifetime access code, it grants permanent access to the app and is non-transferable.

Temporary Access Codes: Time-limited access codes expire on the date specified and are non-renewable through self-service.

4. REFUND POLICY

• Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.
• If you experience a technical issue that prevented access during a paid period, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case.
• Refunds for purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

5. DEVICE AND ACCESS

RideReady uses a device-based access model. Your subscription is linked to a Device ID stored on your device. If you change devices, you can restore access by contacting support with your Device ID and the email used during checkout.

You are responsible for keeping your Device ID secure. Do not share temporary access codes.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code or question bank
• Share, resell, or distribute access codes or credentials
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
• Attempt to circumvent subscription verification or access restrictions
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in RideReady — including but not limited to questions, explanations, UI design, and code — is the property of YL&D LLC or its licensors. The question bank is written and adapted from publicly available MSF educational materials.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the app without written permission.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

RideReady is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The content is 100% accurate, complete, or up to date with current DMV requirements
• Using the app will result in passing your exam

Always verify current requirements with your state's DMV before your exam.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YL&D LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
